Forrest Corral serves as Principal for LTL Multifamily II. In that capacity, he is responsible for investment strategy, including acquisitions and dispositions for the company. He also serves as a member of the LTL Multifamily II Investment Committee.
Forrest has enjoyed a 25-year+ career in real estate. During that time, he has served as Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial Officer for both public and private companies. During his tenure, Forrest has successfully closed over 25,000 units; for investments and programs ranging from $10 million to well over $2 billion. He also effectively assembled more than $2 billion in structured financing.
Prior to joining LTL Investments, Forrest served as interim Chief Financial Officer for a public REIT, where he successfully oversaw a major up REIT transaction of 30 commercial real estate assets. Before this, Forrest was Chief Financial Officer for Lyon Capital Ventures, where he acquired, renovated, developed and disposed of over 18,000 multi-family units. He also managed the entitlement and conversion of 3,000+ multi-family units to for-sale condos; which was valued in excess of $750M. In that capacity, Forrest also assisted in the financial reporting, both internally and externally, to partners and financial institutions on 100+ LLC/Partnerships/Trusts, etc. Mr. Corral is a Harvard Alumni.
